MUSIC MAESTROS PARTIES

music maestros have very successfully provided entertainment for children’s parties. The entertainment is scheduled to last for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the attention span of the children on the day.

The entertainment starts with a ‘Hello Song’ to introduce and acknowledge everyone who wants to take part. After this introduction the format usually takes the course of a section dedicated to movement essentially used to expend a certain amount of excess energy which is always present in young children. Then the focus is on action songs followed by a section focussed around percussion. This includes a story specifically written and tailored around the child or children whose party it is. Different percussion instruments are used to represent certain things within the story. These might include an Ocean Drum, an Octachime, Castanets, a Rainstick etc. In fact anything that will open up the children’s eyes and imaginations to what the narrative is telling them. Then drums, shakers and tambourines are handed out and 2 or 3 songs are played to which the children can play along.

Costs vary depending on the number of children attending the party.
